Microwaveable omelette in a bowl, quick and easy under 5 minutes
In my last blog post, I mentioned a different way an omelette was made in the hotel that I stayed when I was in London.
Today I decided to share that way with you.
So if you want a quick, easy and a delicious way to make an omelette, keep reading...
Recipe
Eggs
Milk
Salt&Pepper
Oil (depending on the bowl you use)
Also you can add meat into it ( if you want)
Method
Out of equipment, all you will need is a bowl, fork and a microwave.
First, depending on your bowl, you might need to put a bit of oil into it and smear it around the bowl so the egg won't stick to it.
I usually don’t add the oil because it rarely sticks to the bowl I use but I’ve noticed that in some other bowls the egg sticks.
Then take the eggs (depending on how many you want I usually take 2-3) and break them into the bowl.
Take a fork and whip them until they are combined together.
Add milk (I don’t measure the amount I add, I just roughly put it in 3/4 of the bowl).
Now it’s time to add some seasoning and mix everything together.
After everything is mixed together, put it into the microwave for 3 minutes.
On the first minute, take the bowl out and mix the mixture and put it back in.
Then wait for another minute and mix again.
In the last 30 seconds take the bowl out and mix the inside out so the top layer will now be in the bottom and the bottom in the top and put it back for the 30 seconds.
This is how it looks after you mix it inside out.
Take it out and enjoy your quick and easy breakfast or lunch or dinner!!!!
Ever since we came back from London and tried doing it this way I have never stopped.
It’s a great technique and I love it, so hopefully, you will too.
What is your go-to breakfast???
See you next week with a new blog post.
Yours Truly,
E. xxx
